Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Rewired collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for customers in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Kevin Benz Gestaltung, Stetterstrasse 9b, 5507 Mellingen, Switzerland. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@rewired.love.

What we collect

Why we use it

Because your answers can include sensitive information, we only process them with your explicit consent, which you give at the end of the questionnaire. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; we then delete your answers, but we can no longer create or correct your track.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we only send you emails about your order.

Service providers

To create and deliver your track, we work with these providers. They process your data on our behalf and only for this purpose:

Some of these providers are based in the USA. Where this is the case, data is transferred on the basis of the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers, your script and your track for 12 months after delivery so we can fix mistakes and answer questions, then we delete them. Payment and accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by Swiss law. You can ask us to delete your answers and track earlier at any time.

Cookies and storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. While you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are kept in your browser tab (session storage) so they are not lost if you go back. They are deleted when you close the tab or complete your order. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data to tell humans from bots.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy of it, or object to its processing. Just write to hello@rewired.love. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
