These terms apply to all orders on rewired.love. The provider is Kevin Benz Gestaltung, Stetterstrasse 9b, 5507 Mellingen, Switzerland (“we”).

1. What you get

Based on your questionnaire answers, we create a personal self-hypnosis track: a script written with the help of AI, read by an AI-generated voice and mixed with ambient music. You receive it as an MP3 file by email, usually within 72 hours, together with a cover image, a lock screen image and a calendar reminder.

2. Not therapy

Rewired is relaxation and self-development audio. It is not medical or psychological treatment, does not diagnose or cure anything, and does not replace a doctor or therapist. Please do not use it if you are in an acute crisis, have epilepsy or a psychotic or dissociative condition, or if a professional has advised against hypnosis. Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. If your answers suggest that a track is not the right support for you, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website before you pay (currently USD 34, one-time). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription.

4. Delivery and corrections

We send your track to the email address you entered at checkout. If we got your name or a detail wrong, or included something you asked us to avoid, we fix it free of charge. Because every track is made for you personally, we do not offer open-ended revisions.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As your track is personalised digital content, this right expires as soon as we start creating it, because you agree at checkout that we begin right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. If something is not right with your track, write to us and we will find a solution.

6. Your use of the track

Your track is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it and listen to it as often as you like, but you may not sell, publish or share it publicly.

7. Liability

We create every track with care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for any outcome of listening to the track. Our liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

8. Law and contact

Swiss law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: hello@rewired.love.
